How It Works

  1. Try It at Home: Once your Rudy Project product arrives, take up to 10 days to try it out. If you're not completely satisfied with the fit, style, or feel, you can exchange it for a different product.
  2. Request an Exchange: If you decide to exchange your item:
    • Contact our team within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
    • Let us know which product you’d like to exchange it for.
  3. Prepare Your Product for Return:
    • Ensure the item is in the same condition as you received it.
    • Return it in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  4. Hassle-Free Shipping: Rudy Project South Africa will cover the shipping cost for both the return and the replacement product—no hidden fees or extra charges.
  5. After the Exchange: Any additional exchanges beyond the first one will be at the customer's expense for both return and replacement shipping costs.

Terms & Conditions

  • The program is valid for 10 days from the date you receive your purchase.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include all original packaging and components.
  • Once the product has been returned it will go under inspection to make sure it's in a suitable condition to be returned into stock.
